    Based on earlier conversations to Christianity such as the Pueblo at Santa Fe, how would slave owners in the British colonies feel about some of their slaves becoming Christian?

    Slave owners in the British colonies disagree with the idea of of a slave combining their traditional African religion with Christianity because unquestionable obstacle to the acceptance of Christianity among slaves was their desire to continue to adhere their religious beliefs.
