    A, B and C only apply to Bolivia.

    Bolivia did give millions of acres of forest to the indigenous people. This was set up in 2009 and more the 16.8 million hectares were given to the Native Community Lands as constitutional rights.

    The country is named after Simon Bolivar, a freedom fighter. He was the leader of the combined area of modern-day Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Columbia, Panama and Bolivia. They successfully gained independence from the Spanish Empire.

    Bolivia is a landlocked country. It lost its last territory along to the coast to its neighbor, Chile. War from 1879 to 1883 know as the War of the Pacific decided this outcome.

    The Spanish once ruled over parts of its territory and there were people living there before the Europeans arrived is true for both.

    There was an indigenous population before the Europeans arrived. The Incan civilization was born just over the border between Peru and Bolivia. However, other civilizations were found in the region that predate the Incan Empire and hundreds of years before the Spanish in 1524.

    The Spanish Empire ruled in Bolivia territory. However, it was not known as Bolivia at the time. In the USA the Spanish occupied much of the South West coast, Andes and central plains of the USA.
