Who were the Spanish American Creoles? How important was their role in the independence of Spanish America from Spain? What social group did the Creoles resent the most and which social group did they fear? What type of revolution did the Creoles "decide" to have?

    a) Spanish American Creoles are decedents of Spanish immigrants born at American soil by racial mixing.

    b) They led the revolution against Spanish colonial authority.

    c) They resented the immigrant officials from Spain and France who have restricted their growth because of their favor from Crown country.

    d) They decided to have a revolution which could throw the colonial authority and there would ample space in for them to enter the ruling order.
