We can learn from the holocaust that every person has an obligation to stop an atrocity. If people pretend that a huge event like the holocaust did not happen it will not make it go away. As seen various countries knew the holocaust was taking place but decide to ignore the huge genocide and because of this a vast amount of people died that day. Therefore all people have a choice to stop something before it progresses like seen with the holocaust.
