    Agricultural revolutions would not occur in the United States and Mexico. This treaty is currently being replaced by separate trade agreements with Canada and Mexico. This renegotiation is designed to make American goods more competitive in the global marketplace. The United States is already a large exporter of agricultural products. The early stages of replacement have led to attempts to revolutionize manufacturing and to keep jobs in the United States. The approach is to strengthen the North American trading zone.
