Chickasaw : one of the earliest to move to Indian territory: relocated peacefully Choctaw : Agreed to relocate fo $500000 Cherokee: Forced to relocate from Georgia : 4000 died on the Journey Seminole : fought two wars against the US in Florida Creek : Fought a war in Alabama : forced to leave in 1836

    Explanation:

The relocation of the Indian tribes form their ancestral homes was marred with alot of illegalities. from the passing of the Indian removal act by congress to the disobedience of the supreme court judgement that granted Indian tribes sovereignty most Indian tribes left their ancestral homes to new lands in trails of tears while some left peacefully others left forcefully and without a fight.

The Seminole and the Creek fought so hard to retain their homes as well as the Cherokees who were later forced to relocate by the use of military force. although the Indian removal act had compensation set outside for tribes willing to relocate most tribes still rejected the act while some accepted like the Choctaw tribe.
