Daisy went into the woods not ethan, then why ethan showed allergic symptoms of poison ivy? explain in detail?

Poison ivy is due to contacting the sleek sap found on these plants called urushiol. Urushiol can be present on the leaves, stems, blossoms, and roots. It can stay harmful even when it is separated from the plant. Daisy kept running into the underbrush contacting and getting affected by the poison ivy and the urushiol stayed on her hide. Soon after, Ethan came to in to embrace Daisy, defiling his face, neck, and arms by contacting Daisy's fur which already had that poison, thus showing symptoms.
