How would you organize a government so that it would be fairly easy to remove and replace officials who violated constitutional limitations on their powers?

I would organize it as a democracy with a constitution that includes a bill of rights, separation of powers, just like the United States government was founded. This will ensure that it respects the rule of law and that those who break the law are brought to justice
