Miranda rights are the rights that whomever is arresting you has to recite to you. "anything that you say can and will be used in the court of law, you have the right to an attorney and if you can't afford one, the courts will provide one for you. You have the right to a fair and speedy trial. " this was all from memory, so there is a possibility that it might not all be there, but if anything that is just about or is all of it anyway
