Tiberius Gracchus was giving speeches to public that the Licinian Law should be implemented. The poor are supporting Tiberius plans while the rich people and the senators opposed him. The Senate should have supported Tiberius but instead they postposed the elections to delay Tiberius from winning. The Senators even told the people that he deserve to die.
