Fever and chills. Extreme weakness. Abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting. Bleeding from your mouth, nose or rectum, or under your skin. Shock. Blackening and death of tissue (gangrene) in your extremities, most commonly your fingers, toes and nose.
