There isn’t really a defined answer for this. There are several components necessary for a revolution to be successful. A revolution has to be well planned and organized. Revolutionists also need to gather funds for supplies. It’s also important to know when to attack. If the target has well over the amount of people the opposing side has, the revolution could backfire.
