What parts of the United States Constitution do you think most appeal to people in other nations?

    The correct answer is probably the preamble. It just says We the people, which has a lot of appeal because it shows that people are equal, regardless of their original nation or belief. It was very appealing to oppressed Europeans who suffered because of their governments and monarchies where people were not equal.
