How did logistics allow the north to defeat the south?

    the north had a bigger population due to the fact that the north had industries that supplied people with jobs, that meant they had a bigger army than the south had. the north also had a navy so they could blockade the south. They also had railroads to transport supplies quicker to the soldiers such as foo and water, medicine, and ammunition.
