Two similarities of Han China and Imperial Rome was fact that the central authority was emperor ut in Han China basic principle was mandate of heaven in Rome emperoro held title of imperator (supreme commander) ceasar (title from the name of Caesar himself) and augustos or pontifex maximus highest priest so till 285 oficially aspect of power wasn't divine but occasionaly many emeproros decleared themsleves as gods, smiliarty is also in fact that both empires had adminsitration and territorial division with regional authorities but in Rome the fundment here was the army in HanChina burocracy
