How were Turkish and Mongol steppe traditions translated into political structures and ideologies? Which of these practices were most effective, and which seem to have been least effective?

    Turkish and Mongol steppe traditions were translatd into political structures and ideologies throug people who wanted for these practices to be continued long after the current social structures would be destroyed and the reigning classes be dead.

    It's hard to say which practices were most effective and which were less effective because the data isn't necessarily very supportive of either conclusion.
