Discuss how militarism was a factor leading up to WWI

    Austria blamed Serbia for the assassination of the archduke Franz Ferdinand but the allies were one of the big leading factors. As far as militarism goes there was an influx of military policies particularly being reflected in Germany and Russia putting the military as a priority and of great importance.
