The distance between the goals on a soccer field is 52 meters. Each goal has a box that extends 5.49 meters into the field. What is the distance from the front at one end of the field to the front of the box at the other end of the field

    To solve this problem you first have to multiply 5.49 x 2 = 10.98 meters

    then you subtract 10.98 from 52

    52-10.98=41.02 meters
