    Y = mx + b

    m is the gradient, otherwise known as slope

    b is known as the y-intercept

    So 3y = 4x + 6

    Divide both sides by 3 to isolate y.

    y = (4/3) x + 2

    The gradient is 4/3

    The y-intercept is 2
