If you mean the name of upper and lower, it would be the interquartile range (IQR).

The upper and lower is determined by finding the median and making 2 groups either on the left and right of the median if the data set is a odd number, and finding median of those groups

The extreme is the minimum and maximum ranges, on how far the data set number ranges.
