Joseph's income is 40% less than Helen's income, Barbara's income is 20% less than Joseph's income, and Nancy's income is 40% less than Joseph's income. Helen gave 50% of her income to Barbara and 50% of her income to Nancy, Barbara's new income would be what fraction of Nancy's new income?
