Let's assume x = the year - 1992

y the population in million.

y=k*e^ (ax)

136=k*e^0==>k=136

141=136*e^ (a*6) = = > a = (ln (141/136)) / 6

y=136*e^ ((ln (141/136)) / 6 * 15)

==>y=148.8457 ... ≈149 (million)
