    So first you will substitute p for 15

    so your equation will look like d=3 (15) ^2+168 (15) - 315

    then you will simplify

    to get d = 2025+2520-315

    simplify again

    to get d=4230

    Sub

    -3 (15^2) + 168 (15) - 315=

    -3 (225) + 2520-315=

    -675+2205=

    1530

    d=1530 when p=15
