I'm so confused. This is not enough information to figure anything out.
But to find the area of a rectangle you do need two values and you have given two so I'll assume that's what is needed.
I'll assume from the limited information you've given that 3/5 in and 2/7 in are the lengths of the sides?
I'm which case you need to multiply those together, so:
3/5 x 2/7 = 6/35
So your area would be 6/35? If that's at all what the question is asking of course.
