In parallelogram MATH, m = (3x + 20) and t = (5x-4) find A

    3x + 20 = 5x - 4

    Subtract 3x from both sides.

    20 = 2x - 4

    Add 4 to both sides.

    24 = 2x

    Divide both sides by 2.

    x = 12

    We don't know how to find what A or H is equal to, but we at least know what x is equal to.
