Ms. Bloom spent 1 5/12 hours in preparing for her class and spent 2 1/12 hours teaching the class. Later that day, she spent 1 11/12 hours cleaning her work desk at home. How much time did she spend on working this day.?

    5 and 5/12 hours because you just add them up.
