    Step-by-step explanation:

    Given:

    Hallway A:

    1/10 bulbs

    2/10 small bushes

    7/10 tree seedlings

    Hallway B:

    2/10 bulbs

    1/10 small bushes

    7/10 tree seedlings.

Total flatbed of tree seedlings = flatbed of tree seedlings in hallway A + flatbed of tree seedlings in hallway B

    = 7/10 + 7/10

    = 14/10

    = 1 * 2/5 flatbed of tree seedlings
