    The current of the stream is 1.2 meters per minute.

    Explanation:

    v = (150 / 5) - x

    v = (150 / 3) + x

    (150 / 5) - x = (150 / 3) + x

    Now, solve for x:

    (150 / 5) = (150 / 3) + 2x

    (3 / 5) = 2x

    x = 6 / 5 = 1.2
