Alex is driving at a constant rate of 50 miles per hour. How far will Alex travel in: 2 hours, 4.3 hours, 20 minutes?

    in 2 hours Alex will travel 100 miles

    50 * 4.3 = 215

    in 4.3 hours Alex will travel 215 miles

    50 * 20/60 = 16 2/3 miles {convert minutes to hours by dividing by 60}

    in 20 minutes Alex will travel 16 2/3 miles
