    The question is asking for g (x) times 10, (g (10)), so you multiply - 3x+1, since this is g (x), times 10.

and the answer is - 30x+10

    Easy, sub 10 for x

    g (10) = - 3 (10) + 1

    g (10) = - 30+1

    g (10) = - 29
