3 - variable variable is unknown not less than 3 unless negative number ... so squared is add number 2 times ... so the answer is more than 1 (or less than depending on if it is negative or not so find what x is than subtract from 3 than add the number if negative than add both negatives together like this ex. - 3 plus - 3 is - 6
