How do I factor 25n^2 - 16?

    If you know the rule that x^2 - y = (x+y) (x-y), this will be easier.

    First you want to square root the equation

    Square Root of 25 = 5

    Square Root of 16 = 4

    Square root of n^2 = n

    Then you put it together like this:

    (5n+4) (5n-4)
