Find the remainder of h^4+h^2-2=h+3

    H^4+h^2-2=h+3

    Subtract h+3 from both sides.

    h^4+h^2-2 - (h+3) = h+3 - (h+3)

    h^4+h^2-h-5=0

    Use quartic formula.

    h=-1.227079,1.444794
