    The pressure on the master piston = the pressure on the slave piston

    P₁ = P₂

    Pressure is force divided by area:

    F₁ / A₁ = F₂ / A₂

    Here, F₁ = 20 N, A₁ = 10 cm², and F₂ = 60 N.

    (20 N) / (10 cm²) = (60 N) / A₂

    A₂ = 30 cm²
