    32m/s^2

    Explanation:

    force=8.0N

    Mass=250g

    Converting from gram to kilogram:

    250g = (250g) * (1kg) / (1000g)

    The grams cancel out, to give

    =0.25kg

    acceleration = ?

    Force = mass of object * it's accelaration

    Where,

    Force = F

    mass = m

    acceleration = a

    8.0N = 0.25kg * a

    Therefore, a = 8.0N/0.25kg

    a = 32m/s^2.

    Force is responsible for causing an object with mass to change its velocity (which includes to begin moving from a state of rest), i. e., to accelerate.

    Therefore, the acceleration of the object is 32m/s^2.
