    Answer : For the activity of Hips and Posterior parts.

    Date : 27th July 2018

    Warm Up: Arm circles (20 counts), Wrist rotation clockwise and anti-clockwise (20 counts), Hip rotations (20 counts), Jumping jacks (20 counts), Squats (20 counts), full body stretch (10 counts)

    Cool down : Walking and then laying down on the floor relaxing the breathing.

    Type of activity : Muscular

    Description of activity and time : Aerobics for 45 minutes

    Intensity Level: Vigorous

    Total Time : 60 minutes.
