    Specificity is the key to develop an effective training in high-performance sports.

    Specificity will create a training program that specifically target 1 aspect of physical fitness (such as upper body strength, agility, endurance, lower body strength, etc)

    In soccer for example, most of the layers will divide their training programs each to specifically focus their training on endurance, agility, and lower body strength since they don't use their upper body much
