Two bullets have masses of 3,0 g and 6.0g, respectively. both are fired with a speed of 40.0 m/s. Which bullet has more kinetic energy? What is the ratio of their kinetic energies

    The KE equation is 1/2 (mass) (velocity^2)

    1/2 (3) (1600) = (3) (800) = 2400J

    1/2 (6) (1600) = (6) (800) = 4800J

    The ratio is 1:2
