13/78 can be the simplest from for almost anything. Just multiply the numerator and the denominator by the same number to find an equivalent fraction of which 13/78 is its simplest form.
Let's multiply it by 2.
13 (2) / 78 (2) = 26/156
So 13/78 is the simplest from for 26/156 and an infinite number of other fractions!
