Why does all light have a wavelength between about 400 and 700 nm?

    Radiation with wavelengths shorter than 400 nm cannot be sensed by the eye. Light with wavelength longer than 700 nm is also invisible. W can describe light as electromagnetic waves with color identified by its wavelength.
