The way that cholesterol affect learning and memory is: Dietary cholesterol influences learning tasks from water maze to fear conditioning even though cholesterol does not cross the blood brain barrier
Not only that, the concentration of cholesterol in our body could also intervene with our nerve system which could deteriorate our memory.
