Calm both of them down

Explanation:

The group leader should stamp authority on both of them to calm down. Preferably do this by calling both them together side from the population and settle both of them dispute, try to understand what causes the argument and mid understanding and treat the case with wisdom. The manner of approach to this is been calm, the responses of the group leader should be in a calm way calling both of them to order privately.
