Poverty does not exist just because people lack health-care insurance or just because they live in a rural area. Individuals usually experience long-term poverty because their circumstances include more than one of its factors. Think about the educational, health-related, geographic and family-related circumstances that are most often connected to generational cycles of poverty. Analyze the factors that are most likely to create an insurmountable barrier to financial stability and use the resulting evidence to recommend a widespread solution to the epidemic of long-term poverty.
