-Your personality and interest will be an asset if you do a job that aligns with your personality and interest; so in the job of your liking they will be an asset.

-This is the job that aligns with the type of the person that you are and also aligns well with the things that you love to do.

-For example if you are people's person, you have a bubble personality and your interest is working with people or interacting with people you will probably work well as a banker for example or as a teacher.

-When you do these jobs it is very likely that you will give all your energy and you will be more invested in it because you will be enjoying doing it.

-However your personality and interest will be a hindrance when you do a job that does not align with your personality and interest.

    - This kind of job will cause you not to perform as you would normal do because it will not be a job that you are interested in doing and as it's opposite of your personality, it will discourage you and you will find it hard to do.

    - For example if you are a very shy individual and you get a job that wants you to be exposed to a lot of people everyday it will be hard for you to do well in such a job and especially if you are not interested in it.

    - You won't like doing it and you will be negative towards it which will affect your performance.
