    Organisation and Adaptation processes.

    Explanation:

Piaget's theory explains how children actively construct their understanding of world. To achieve that, they go trough different stages.

Organisation is the process when new information is compared with old information, in order to establish some order. After this process comes adaptation. Once the information is organised, they will be adapt to old structures. After adaptation is achieved, children are able to used that info in general circumstances.

The answer is "Organization and adaptation".

Piaget's Cognitive Developmental Theory expresses that kids effectively build their comprehension of the world and experience four phases of subjective advancement. Two procedures underlie this intellectual development of the world: organization and adaptation. To understand our reality, we organize our encounters. For instance, we isolate essential thoughts from less critical thoughts. We associate one plan to another. Notwithstanding arranging our perceptions and encounters, we adjust our reasoning to incorporate new thoughts.
