    Lowenstein and Harvey get into an argument because of a League of their own in a 1992 by American sports comedy-drama film (women base ball player).

    Explanation:

    The purpose of this agreement was to keep baseball going while men were at war. In movie it was a idea of Ira Lowenstein and in promotion of Walter Harvey. During World War II it was a major threat to continue Major League Baseball, candy magnate and Cubs owner Walter Harvey persuades his fellow owners to bankroll a women's league.

    Ira Lowenstein was keeping charge and Ernie Capadino is sent out to recruit players. Capadino at that time attends an industrial-league softball game in rural Oregon likes that he did in Dottie.
