Puberty is the time when any boy and girl begins to go from being a child to an adult. In the case of girls, body changes sucha as breast growing, pubic hair, menarch and perspiration are expected.

When the breast starts to grow, they will do it as breast buds; this are small mounds beneath the nipple and the areola. This beggining of growing may hurt or the girl may feel them more sensible, but it will all go away as the breast develop. If not, the should check them with the doctor.

Once puberty is starting, the changes will come at different times between girls. Most likely, every girl has her menarche between 2 or 2 and a half years after they started to notice body changes.
