When placing (or picking up) traffic control equipment in the street, you should walk facing oncoming traffic - even if it means walking backwards?

    I'm answering this with what I was given.

    This is true, because you always want to see the traffic and you want them to see you. You are technically supposed to walk, ride a bike, etc facing on-coming traffic.
