In a city of 200,000 people, what democratic form of governance would be the most efficient? Parliamentary? Indirect? Direct? Or representative?

    I would say representative because then citizens can vote to elect people to represent their interests and concerns. Those that are elected can then meet to debate and make laws about the while community instead of people voting directly on laws and other debates that the community isn't concerned about.
