repetition is something that is repeated over and over
sequence, such as in math, are a series of numbers including arithmetic sequence and geometric sequence
arithmetic sequence eg. 1, 2, 3, 4
where it goes up by a set number at a time
geometric sequence eg. 1, 2, 4, 8
where it is multiplied by a set number at a time
